Klose & Soan is a catering company based in Deptford, South East London.
Founded by Matt Klose and Sam Soan, the business has always been rooted in generous hospitality, seasonal cooking, thoughtful wine, and creating spaces for people to gather together.
Today, Klose & Soan is led by Matt Klose alongside a close-knit team of chefs, event managers, and long-standing collaborators.
Our ethos is simple: to pay respect to the ingredient and allow its flavour to speak for itself. Influenced by the convivial and generous spirit of Mediterranean hospitality, our approach is unfussy, seasonal, and inclusive — creating thoughtful experiences that feel warm, personal, and welcoming to all.
Whether on location, at a wedding feast, or gathered around a long shared table at one of our affiliated London venues, we approach every event with the same care and attention to detail.
From abundant feasts and sharing menus to canapés, bowl food, and more intimate gatherings, we work closely with our clients to shape food and service around each occasion.
We remain committed to sustainability, seasonality, and sourcing locally wherever possible — supporting small producers, independent creatives, and paying all staff at least the London Living Wage.
