On Thursday 29th May, we invite you to join us for an intimate wine tasting that takes a deep dive into how climate — from cool alpine slopes to sun-soaked valleys — influences the flavour, structure, and spirit of wine we drink
Led by sommelier Laurence Brydges, we’ll explore six organic and biodynamic wines from both ends of the temperature spectrum, with seasonal snacks from our kitchen. Whether you’re a curious newcomer or a long-time wine lover, this guided tasting promises fresh insight, great conversation, and maybe even a new favourite bottle.
